We have been selling OEM car parts online since 2002.

The vast majority of our items are New Old Stock assembly line leftovers or they've been remanufactured by an authorized service center. The ad should state New or Remanufactured in one or more places if either is the case. If the ad merely says "good condition" or doesn't state a condition, it might be a take-out part that has been reconditioned here. It's always best to ask first if you have a question. We accept returns on most items. If the item is not returnable, it will usually say so in the ad. As a general rule, we do not accept returns for all new GM radios, all CD6 radios, all navigation radios, all clearance items, and all items deemed to have increased potential for damage if shipped improperly. -- A restocking fee is withheld from the refund if the returned item does not have a functional problem. (A functional difference is not a problem and often results if you do not match your part number, as stressed in most of our ads.) -- Return shipping is at the buyer's expense.

Everyone knows the dealer charges crazy high prices. That's why we're in business... We buy overstock parts and assembly line leftovers from the manufacturer, then stockpile them until they become popular replacement items. That means we have storage fees for months or even years. This is no different from parts designated for dealer stock. Most non-maintenance parts are not manufactured again after they are made for the initial production run. This means dealer stock has also been sitting in a warehouse for months or years. That's why they're referred to as New Old Stock. They've never been used...but they weren't manufactured yesterday... For most non-maintenance items, the original parts are your only option. So you can go looking for them in a junk yard...or you can buy them from a company like ReplacementCorp.
