This radio is satellite equipped. If you have a satellite antenna you can plug it in this radio and you will get satellite reception. (Of course, a subscription will be required to receive anything other than the Preview channel.) The tuner ID is noted on a sticker on top of the radio. We recommend you take note of the tuner ID before installing this stereo. You will need to provide the tuner ID to XM when you activate your satellite radio.
