Radios with this same basic face were offered in some 2005-2009 Buick Lacrosse vehicles. This is the version with black buttons and the silver face, found in the Lacrosse Super. BUT, the buttons are the same as those found in the black CD6 radios that looked identical (other than color of the face, obviously.) So, if you have the black CD6 that looks like this, you could buy this face, swap out all the buttons and you've solved your button wear problem.
It only works on am/fm/cd6 radios. It does not work on single CD radios. (You MIGHT be able to use a couple of the buttons on the CD radio but not very many and we do not guarantee it for single CD radios.) We usually include a circuit board on the back-side of the face so the buttons stay in place. It is for button retention purposes only and may have different connectors from your board. Do not buy this listing for the board. We are selling this face for the buttons only. The board, if included, is only there to keep the buttons from falling out. We sometimes use cardboard or tape for button retention, so you may not even get a board. We sometimes use parts boards that do not work.
