Even if you do not have the second plug pictured (next to the antenna jack). That plug is for interfacing options (rear DVD, etc) with the radio and the vehicles listed rarely have those options, which is why you don't have the plug. (Compare your antenna plug to the picture below if you have a 2007 model**) Technically, Ford may not have offered it in all these vehicles but it uses the same plugs, has the same size, and shares the same bracket locations, so it is an excellent way to get an affordable factory Ford CD radio in your truck. As noted, you may have to use your brackets or re-drill or elongate one or two holes on these. This should be easily accomplished and, either way, you're getting a new Ford radio for an insanely low price! (Ask your Ford dealer what they get/got for them...) This radio has the old style antenna plug. Check the antenna plug on the back of your radio. If it has the white core, you will need to get the antenna adapter in listing 272557075980.
