Whether you're aware or not, there were multiple versions produced. You MUST match yours to this. It works on Denso manufactured radios only. Not Delco. So that is some STS radios only. It does NOT work on the Cadillac Escalade radios. Yes, we are sure. Most of those are made by Delco.STS: 2005-2008 ADDITIONAL INFO Will the radio need programmed when I'm done?
